Brand design & marketing automation.

I help B2B SaaS, tech and AI companies connect brand design with marketing production automation: bringing rules, components and tools together to turn briefs into editable content.

Let’s discuss your production ↗

Reduce rework on recurring assets.

Launches keep coming. Marketing needs visuals, product needs demonstrations, and sales needs presentations. When every request means finding guidelines, rebuilding a layout and adapting formats, design becomes a constant bottleneck. My role is to build the visual framework and the system that make this work reusable.

Marketing automation here means creating and adapting marketing assets. The starting point is the brand: its language, components, rules and approval process. CRM configuration and email sequences are a different scope of work.

The steps of the engagement.

  1. 01

    Observe production

Identify recurring requests, scattered files, approval steps and priority formats. Choose a concrete pilot: a product launch, campaign or sales deck.

  2. 02

    Formalise the brand

Clarify art direction, typography, colours, layouts and editorial rules. Organise components and templates so teams understand what they can change.

  3. 03

    Connect the tools

Make rules and assets available to creative tools. Depending on the context, this may mean an editable library, a code repository, production templates or an MCP that gives an agent the right context.

  4. 04

    Test, hand over, refine

Create a real deliverable, review it with the team, improve the system and document its use. The designer owns quality; teams gain a clear path for their next request.

What the team takes away

  • Explicit brand rules and a component library.
  • Editable layouts for the agreed formats.
  • A documented production process, from brief to approval.
  • Reusable source files and a way to maintain the system.

Examples: Gladia, Defacto and Graphist.

Before we start

Who is this for?

B2B SaaS, tech and AI companies whose marketing, design and product teams create content regularly. A recurring need and someone responsible for brand approval are the right starting point.

Do we need a full rebrand?

No. An existing identity can be the starting point if its rules are clear enough. Where they are not, I first work on the art direction and components needed for the pilot.

How is a design system different from a coded brand?

A design system organises rules and components. Coding the brand makes those decisions usable in production: structured files, templates, variants and instructions for tools or agents. They complement each other.

Does an AI agent replace the designer?

The designer defines the framework and refines the result. An agent can select components and compose within it, but message accuracy, asset rights and final approval remain human decisions.

How do we measure the time saved?

The gain depends on the starting point, formats and approval requirements. For a pilot, I suggest comparing time from brief to approved asset, revision rounds and component reuse. Compare similar requests and include the time spent correcting the output.

How do we start?

Send me a sample brief, the formats you need, your current guidelines or library and the tools you use. We can define the pilot, deliverables and success criteria before choosing a solution.
